How Laybuy Works:

1. Selecting Lay-buy: Send us an item you would like to laybuy, then will send an invoice.

2. Payment Schedule: With Lay-buy, your total purchase amount is divided into three equal installments.

3. Initial Payment: You will be required to make the first installment payment at the time of purchase.

4. Remaining Instalments: The remaining two installments will be automatically deducted from your chosen payment method on the scheduled dates, which are spaced one month apart.

5. Order Fulfillment: Your order will be processed and fulfilled as soon as the last payment is successfully made.

Laybuy Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility: Laybuy is available for orders meeting a minimum purchase requirement, as specified at checkout.

2. Payment Method: Laybuy payments can be made using Bank Transfers into our Business Account. We currently do not accept Laybuy payments via cash or any other payment method.

3. Late Payments: Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in a late fee. Please ensure that your payment is done on the scheduled date.

4. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your Laybuy order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Cancellations may be subject to our standard cancellation policy.

Cancelling your laybuy order will incur a 10% fee based on the amount already paid.

5. Refunds and Exchanges: Our standard refund and exchange policy applies to Laybuy purchases. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy for more information.

6. Modification of Laybuy Terms: Luxe Living Interiors reserves the right to modify or terminate the Laybuy option at any time without prior notice.
