Our pieces are made to order. Production usually takes 2–3 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of your item. Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange delivery or collection.
Yes – we deliver across South Africa. Delivery fees depend on your location and the size of your furniture. You’ll see estimated delivery options at checkout, and we’ll confirm final details with you on WhatsApp or email.
You can pay securely online via card (Paystack), EFT, or choose LayBuy to pay your order off over time. In-store, we also accept card and EFT. All payments are processed through secure, verified payment gateways.
Absolutely – custom is what we do. Most designs can be adjusted in fabric, colour, size and sometimes depth/height to suit your space. Just send us your measurements or inspiration pictures and we’ll guide you.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email or WhatsApp with your order details. Our team will then contact you to confirm fabric, colour and measurements (if applicable), share your estimated timeline, and keep you updated until delivery.
